Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Program: The Apni Zameen Apna Ghar program was started by the Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, to give low-income and homeless households free three-marla plots. Through the official AZAG website, https://azag.punjab.gov.pk, the online registration process is now actively accepting applications. In the first phase of the project, which is overseen by the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (FATA), 292 plots are to be distributed across 19 districts. Qualifications
- Punjab permanent resident (as confirmed by CNIC).
- Household income of less than Rs. 50,000 per month.
- No applicant, spouse, or dependent children possess land or property in Pakistan.
- No bank or financial institution defaults and a spotless criminal record.
- If relevant, registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER).

Detailed Instructions For Apni Zameen Apna Ghar
- Go to the Official Website:
- Go to https://azag.punjab.gov.pk/ on your browser.
- Make sure you have a device (computer or mobile) and a steady internet connection.
- Make an account:
- In the upper right corner, click “Register.”
- Create a secure password and provide your 13-digit CNIC number and a working cell phone number.
- To get a confirmation code via SMS, submit (check your spam or inbox).
- Sign in:
- Enter your CNIC and password to gain access to your account.
- Verify your mobile number with the provided code to proceed.
- Complete the application:
- Provide your full name, gender, date of birth, and father’s or spouse’s name.
- Enter the details of your household, including your monthly income and dependents.
- Using your CNIC address, choose your district and tehsil.
- Upload the necessary files:

- Your CNIC, both front and back.
- Father’s or husband’s CNIC (if applicable).
- Evidence of income (such as a pay stub or, if self-employed, an affidavit).
- B-Form (if any) for dependent children.
- Make sure each file is less than 2MB and in the PDF or JPEG format.
- Examine and send in
- Verify the accuracy of all the information you entered.
- To complete your application, click “Submit.”
- Keep track of your application number (which appears on the screen and is texted to you) for future use.
- Monitor the Status of Your Application:
- To view progress under the “Dashboard” area, log in at any time.
- Await the announcement of the voting results via SMS or online notice.
